1) Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to AirCast Nook website and related services.
  • “Studio” refers to a third-party venue offering bookable time.
  • “User” refers to a person who visits, requests, or completes a booking.
  • “Session” refers to the reserved time period at a studio.

2) Bookings

  • All holds and booking requests are subject to studio confirmation and availability at the time of processing.
  • Rates are hourly unless otherwise stated; minimum booking lengths may apply.
  • Studios may require ID verification on arrival and may refuse entry where required verification is not provided.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not automatically extend session end time.
  • Any special requirements (guest count, equipment needs, accessibility, noise restrictions) must be communicated before the session.

3) Payments & Fees

  • Pricing, deposits, and included services are defined by the studio listing or confirmation.
  • Additional charges may apply for overtime, damage, missing items, extra cleaning, or rule violations, as determined by the studio.
  • Taxes may apply depending on the studio’s location and applicable law.
  • If a studio requires a security deposit, the studio may request it directly and may set its own release timeline.

4) Cancellations & Changes

  • Free changes are typically permitted up to 24–48 hours before your session, unless the studio specifies otherwise.
  • Studios may enforce stricter cancellation windows for high-demand dates or special packages.
  • No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
  • If the studio cancels, we will help facilitate rescheduling where possible and share any studio-provided refund options.

5) Studio Rules & User Conduct

  • Follow local laws, building rules, and studio policies at all times.
  • Respect equipment, staff instructions, neighbors, and time schedules.
  • Do not exceed occupancy limits or bring prohibited items as defined by the studio.
  • No harassment, threats, discriminatory behavior, or unsafe conduct is tolerated.
  • You are responsible for your guests and collaborators during the session.

6) Content, Communications, and Privacy

  • You may be asked to provide contact details so studios can coordinate access and session logistics.
  • Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Any communications must remain respectful; we may restrict access for abusive or fraudulent behavior.

7) Liability & Disclaimers

We provide a platform to connect users and studios. Studios are independent third parties and are responsible for their operations, safety, staffing, equipment condition, and compliance with law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirCast Nook is not liable for losses arising from studio operations, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, equipment failures, or injuries occurring at a studio.

8) Limitation of Platform Use

  • We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your activity is fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful.
  • We may modify the platform to maintain quality, security, or legal compliance.
  • Availability of features may change without notice.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
